The best and most awarded national chefs participated in previous editions of the festival, leading showcooking that piqued the curiosity of the public’s palate.

In 2024 Chef Hélio Loureiro and Chef Renato Cunha were curators of the Chef’s Stage, an area where the public can discover the region’s multifaceted gastronomy.
