RENATO CUNHA
Chef Renato Cunha is one of the curators of this year’s Chef’s Stage, attending the festival on the 5th and 6th of July.
A true ambassador of Portuguese gastronomy, the cuisine he advocates has as its main ingredients products with national identity and preferably originating from sustainable agriculture - a cuisine clearly with popular roots, with great technical rigor and seasoned with creativity and innovation.
He has an equal interest in the area of wine, teaching Enogastronomy and having been awarded several times in food and wine pairing competitions.
