What does each general pass and ticket include?

Ticket valid for both days of the event, with access to the venue’s lawn, including the Douro Stage (concerts), the Chef’s Stage (where the chefs will showcooking), the space where wine producers will be selling their labels (Wine Village), and an area with foodtrucks, which will have different types of food for purchase and consumption.

Includes everything included in the General Pass, but only for the day purchased.

It gives access to the venue and access to the Signature Area is added on both days of the event. The Signature Area is a differentiated space, with an exclusive entrance for those with this type of ticket, an exclusive bar with wines from all the wineries participating in the event, exclusive bathrooms, access to the golden circle, and will also have a musical attraction on an exclusive track , within this area, which will perform between concerts on the main stage (the Douro Stage). Furthermore, anyone purchasing this type of ticket can also travel around the venue’s lawn.

It is not possible to buy just one ticket for the box. The cabin is purchased in full. When purchasing a box, 60 tickets will be given (30 for each day of the event). These tickets entitle you to access to the box, which is an exclusive space for the group with food and drink included. It also gives access to the Signature Area and the rest of the venue. I bought a day ticket. Can I enter and leave the premises?
The Daily Ticket and the Signature Area Daily Ticket only allow one entry into the venue. Entry and exit is not permitted.
Only General Pass and Signature Area General Pass holders will be able to enter and exit as many times as they wish.
Is there a ticket office at the festival?
Yes. It is possible to buy a ticket upon arrival, as long as the event is not sold out.
We recommend purchasing in advance.
Do I have to exchange my general pass or day ticket for a wristband upon arrival?
Yes. All ticket types must be exchanged for wristbands at the entrance.
Do children pay?
Free entry for children up to 6 years old (inclusive) on the festival start date (July 4, 2025). From 7 years old, they pay the full ticket.
Are tastings, drinks and food included in the General Pass or Daily Ticket?
There are no tastings, drinks or food included in any of the festival tickets or general passes. Consumption must be purchased in the spaces available for this purpose.
Only the cabins have catering included.
Is there festival parking?
More information about parking will be communicated through the festival’s social media.
How do I get to the festival? Are there transports?
For your convenience, we do not recommend that you travel to the venue by car.
Free parking spots with free access for the general public will be announced in due course, from which free shuttles will be made available by the event partners.

Are there lockers at the festival?
There are no lockers, but there will be a cloakroom for small items.
What are the venue’s opening hours?

What are the payment methods within the venue?
The event will be cashless, and it will be possible to exchange cash on site to make payments at the festival. Payment methods such as MBWay and Multibanco will also be available.
