Chef Renato Cunha is one of the curators of this year’s Chef’s Stage, attending the festival on the 5th and 6th of July.

A true ambassador of Portuguese gastronomy, the cuisine he advocates has as its main ingredients products with national identity and preferably originating from sustainable agriculture - a cuisine clearly with popular roots, with great technical rigor and seasoned with creativity and innovation.

He has an equal interest in the area of ​​wine, teaching Enogastronomy and having been awarded several times in food and wine pairing competitions.
