Resistência are one of the most emblematic formations of Portuguese music from the first half of the 90s, a supergroup responsible for timeless success.

Formed by Pedro Ayres Magalhães, Fernando Cunha, Tim and Miguel Angelo, the group is based on the union of efforts between several musicians from different bands and on the transformation, adaptation and new orchestration of themes brought by them (and not only) to an aspect of acoustic guitars, focused on valuing the voice as an instrument.

When these same voices come together, they show the strength of the union. The original lineup was joined, over the years, by several other artists, namely Olavo Bilac, Alexandre Frazão, José Salgueiro, Fernando Júdice, Mário Delgado and Pedro Jóia, who are part of the band's current lineup.
